Forgiveness Retreat
April 6–14,2024
This retreat in the directed Ignatian retreat format helps participants traverse the various stages of development, leading to an acknowledgement of blocks to forgiveness. Once acknowledged, the participant will understand the various hidden blessings at
various stages in his/her life which were part of his or her growth process.

Course overview:
This course covers the various concepts of ‘Counselling and Safeguarding of Children & Vulnerable Adults.’ The course will generate awareness about the issue of abuse in its various forms, and its treatment and prevention. It will address sociological, psychological, legal, and spiritual aspects of this issue. It is meant to develop advanced skills and understandings. (150 days: 60 days online classes + assignments + discussions +exams + research paper + 5 days onsite components)

COURSE OVERVIEW
This interactive blended learning course will introduce the participants to gender sensitization, its aetiology, development, and the consequences of good and poor psycho-sexual integration at the level of the individual and of the individual with society. Aids and helps useful in working with various stakeholders, including those in schools and colleges, will be introduced to the participants and discussed.

Ignatian Wholeness Retreat
May 7 – 15, 2025
This retreat uses the tools of the Wholeness Process developed by Connirae Andreas, through the dynamics of the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. The retreat will include developing familiarity with the various wholeness formats and using these with a partner to access more deeply the graces of each stage of the retreat. There will also be daily meetings with the retreat director to facilitate the process of the retreat.

Processing anything that happens within oneself requires that the person be aware and self-discover. The retreat will help the participant process any issues - spiritual, emotional etc., according to the movement of the spirit. The retreat is in silence and includes mass, and daily meetings with the spiritual director/guide. The retreat is one step among many in a continuing process to establish or sustain oneself, leading to better functioning. This retreat is in the directed Ignatian retreat style.

Psycho-spirituality of Aging – Workshop

Aging gracefully is about embracing with positivity the passing years and acknowledging the wisdom and experience that comes with age. It’s about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This 5 days’ workshop which starts with a one-day recollection is reflective and interactive. It utilizes Christian concepts to help the participants grow deeper in their connection with God and themselves. This workshop is best suited for those above 65 years of age.

Neuro-counselling Workshop

The field of counselling is ever-expanding. In the present context, neuroscience has begun to effect related fields such as psychology, psychotherapy and counselling. In this workshop on neuro-counselling professionals are invited to understand and utilize the basic understanding of the brain and its functions and integrate them into the counselling processes.
Imbibing the Christic Spirit - Retreat
September 16 - 23, 2024
Christianity is about imbibing the Christic Spirit and putting it into practice in one’s daily life. In these eight days the retreatants are accompanied in being rooted and grounded in the person of Christ and helped to ingrain in themselves the vision and mission of Christ. Such a process will help them see, act and relate as God does and help them to spread the Spirit of Christ in their lived situation.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy – Workshop

It encourages increased commitment to healthy, constructive activities and aims to help move forward through difficult emotions.
Flourishing in Our Daily Lives

Flourishing is characterized by commitment to personal and professional growth and resilience in the face of disappointments and failure. This workshop explores spiritual tools and strategies within the Christian tradition to supplement insights and practices within psychology. Specific guidelines and spiritual practices are offered to cultivate gratitude, temperance, humility, and forgiveness, among other key virtues, in the service of flourishing. This workshop is best suited for those above 40 years of age.
